    INGREDIENTS

    • Dried coriander seeds
    • Red chilli flakes

    PREPARATION METHOD:

    • In a bowl add Gram Flour (Besan), Grans Crispy Pakora Mix, a pinch of baking soda, salt as per your taste and all the vegetables of your choice.
    • Mix well and let it rest for 20 minutes.
    • In a pan heat oil for frying.
    • Take small portions of batter and fry until golden brown.

    Serve with chutney and naan, or you can even have it on its own!

    INGREDIENTS

    • Cinnamon

    PREPARATION METHOD:

    • Boil 1 kg meat (Lamb/Mutton/Beef) till it reaches the tender zone. Take out the meat from the pot.
    • Now add more water in the stock (stock and water together should be 2 kg), 1.5 cup of cooking oil, tendered meat, 1 kg rice (soaked in water before) and Grans Kabuli Pulao Masala in it.
    • Cook it on full flame till the rice tenders and ¼ of the water is left.
    • Add 250 gms of raisins in the rice, slow down the flame and cover the pot with a lid for 15 minutes.
    • Now put a flat iron pan (tawa) on the slower flame and put the pot over it for almost 30 minutes.

    Note: Add 60gms of Grans Kabuli Pulao Masala in 1 kg rice and 1 kg meat.

    PREPARATION METHOD:
    • Take beef or meat of your choice, cut it into cubes.
    • Mix plain yogurt (Optional) with Grans Charsi Tikka Masala, fresh ginger, garlic paste (as per your taste), Lemon juice / vinegar, papaya paste/meat tenderizer powder (not required for chicken), and 1-2 tbl spoons of vegetable oil.
    • Add the meat in the yogurt mixture, cover the bowl and place it in refrigerator for minimum 4 hours.
    • Thread meat cubes on the skewer for barbecue or you can grill the meat cubes too.
    Note: Do not overcrowd skewers and make sure there is enough room at the top and bottom of each one. Add keep rotating the skewers occasionally.

    PREPARATION METHOD: Just add 100gms of Grans Peshawari Chapli Kabab Masala in 1kg of mince, add salt according to your taste, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, 2 eggs, maize flour/gram flour and a spoon of corn flour.
